PERK - Tiered Entry Fee Reimbursement for Official Ranked Tournaments (Nationwide)
Eligibility for Reimbursement:
Members are eligible for reimbursement of their entry fees if they competed in club-branded attire.
The reimbursement request must be accompanied by a valid receipt confirming entry and payment (receipt from the relevant association).
Applicable only to Ranked Tournaments posted on the 'Other Events' page of our website.
Only Active or League members eligible for this perk.
Reimbursement is Based on Performance at the tournament:
Reached the Finals = 100% Reimbursement
Reached the Semifinals = 75% Reimbursement
Reached the Quarterfinals = 50% Reimbursement
Reached Last 16 of Knockouts = 25% Reimbursement
If there were no knockouts in the tournament category entered, then the Reimbursement would be as follows:
Placed 1st in Round Robin Group = 100% Reimbursement
Placed 2nd in Round Robin Group = 75% Reimbursement
Placed 3rd in Round Robin Group = 50% Reimbursement
Placed 4th in Round Robin Group = 25% Reimbursement

BENEFIT - Meal Subsidy when competing at Official Ranked Tournaments (Nationwide)
Eligibility for Meal Subsidy:
A meal subsidy is provided for entered and competing players at ranked events.
The subsidy amount is R50 per T2er or 50% of the tournament entry fee, whichever is the lower of the two.
All membership types eligible for this perk provided they have competed in the events of the day dressed in club-branded attire.
The subsidy can only be claimed once per day per event.
Conditions for Claiming Meal Subsidy:
Presentation of evidence that the tournament fees were duly paid (receipt from the relevant association).
Presentation of a receipt showing a meal was purchased on the day of participating at the tournament.
Eligibility for Meal Subsidy:
A meal subsidy is provided for entered and competing players at ranked events.
The subsidy amount is R50 per T2er or 50% of the tournament entry fee, whichever is the lower of the two.
All membership types eligible for this perk provided they have competed in the events of the day dressed in club-branded attire.
The subsidy can only be claimed once per day per event.

BONUS - Referral Bonus when referring New Active or League Club Members
Eligibility for Referral Bonus:
Referring member must not have any outstanding fees/dues.
Referred applicant must use your member ID or full names during the registration process (when filling out the membership application form)
Only Active or League members are eligible to claim this bonus.
Conditions for Referral Bonus:
Referred applicant must not have previously been a T2 club member.
Bonus incentive is 10% for each of the referred applicants membership fees which will be awarded as a discount when the referring member renews membership during the next annual cycle.
Limited to 100% the respective membership renewal fee with no carry-overs.
Eligibility for Referral Bonus:

All perks, benefits, and bonuses are non-transferable.
All perks and benefits related to ranked tournaments are only applicable if the member was dressed in sanctioned club branded attire at the tournament.
All perks and benefits related to ranked tournaments are only applicable if the claim was registered within 1 calendar month from the last day of the relevant tournament.
Some Perk and Benefit claims will be subject to the applicant member also forwarding a Bank Confirmation Letter.
Any disputes regarding perks, benefits, incentives, bonuses and vouchers will be addressed by the club officials, whose decisions will be final.
All perks, benefits, and bonuses are applicable only if the member is in good standing with the club.
