Celebrating Our Club's Founders: Join us as we celebrate our club's remarkable journey. Founded by Mohamed Mansoor, Meenil Kalian, and Nilesh (Nini) Bhana, it's only fitting that we name this tournament "NiniMeeniMoe" in honor of its founders.
Important Details:
All T2 Members, whether you're an Active, League or Associate Member, are welcome to participate.
🎲 Participants will be entered into a draw, grouped randomly, and then embark on a thrilling double knockout elimination.
Match Scheduling and Forfeiture Policy:
⌛ Matches will be scheduled and notices communicated on our whatsapp group. It's crucial to honor your scheduled match dates.
❌ Failure to play matches on their schedules will result in a forfeit, so be sure to mark your calendars and show up for your matches.

🎉 2024 NiniMeeniMoe Tournament: Towel Placement Challenge 🎉
This year’s NiniMeeniMoe Tournament is spicing things up with a fresh and tactical twist—the Towel Placement Challenge! 🏓 This fun feature will test not only your table tennis skills but also your ability to dodge unexpected obstacles right on the playing surface.
🧺 Towel Requirement:
- Each player must bring a towel (face towel or hand towel, limited up to 130cm x 70cm) for every match. Preferably Face or Hand Towels, anything too large will be folded)
- If you forget your towel, be ready to face a 21-point penalty—your opponent will thank you! 😬
📍 Towel Placement:
- After the toss and a quick practice session, but before the match begins, place your towel anywhere on your side of the table.
- Your towel stays there for the whole match, adding a sneaky element to your strategy! 😎
🏓 Gameplay Interaction:
- If the ball hits the towel (yours or your opponent's) during a rally, it’s ‘out’, and the point goes to your opponent.
- Think fast! The towel becomes your very own on-court obstacle to avoid. 🚫
🔄 Towel Adjustment:
- Towels can only be moved during regular towelling breaks (every 6 points) or between games.
- Trying to move it at the wrong time? 😱 Prepare for a penalty, as the Penalty Point System (PPS) will be enforced. Multiple violations could even lead to a match forfeit!
⚠️ So, grab your towel and get ready to literally "throw in the towel"—but not in the way you’d think!
This year, your towel is your wildcard, and its strategic placement might just make or break your game.
